Nobody ever said it was going to be easy being a Royal, but it does seem as though Harry and William are doomed for criticism before they’ve even set foot outside the front door.
In a Dispatches documentary, which will be aired tonight on Channel 4, news presenter Alex Thomson takes an unprecedented look at the day-to-day lives of the two Princes. There’s a generous serving of controversy on the menu with Thomson probing the Princes’ finances, the media furore that surrounds them and of course speculating about what the future holds.
In this, a frank and unforgiving depiction, there is nowhere to hide, not even in a palace or behind one, sadly! No stranger to criticism, Harry, has up until now decisively maintained the title of the Prince with the bad reputation. I sense, however, that things are about to change as Royal commentator James Whitaker launches a fresh attack on Prince William. I’m sorry, but as second in line of succession to the throne, he really should be doing more, Whitaker insists.
