From the maker of McLibel and Drowned Out comes a new film, one more deadly than Terminator, more terrifying than Hannibal, more destructive than King Kong… A brand new screen monster: You.

The Age of Stupid is brought to us courtesy of British filmmaker Franny Armstrong. Part drama, part documentary, the film stars Oscar-nominated Pete Postlethwaite as a man looking back from year 2055 and wondering why we didn’t do something about climate change when we had the chance.

Armstrong travelled the world for four years interviewing people who are already being affected by climate change. Their stories, from as far as Nigeria, India and Iraq, to right here in the UK, are all featured within the film.

The Age of Stupid, which has the full support of Greenpeace is intended as the beginning of a growing campaign to get our elected leaders to do something about climate change now… As such, the story does not end when the credits roll.
